Dredging and debris removalCMC provides maintenance dredging services as well as environmental dredging as dictated and approved by regulatory agencies. Most dredging in the Florida Keys is for maintenance, in order to deepen navigation channels or marina areas for the safe passage of boats. Dredging of contaminated areas may be performed for the primary purpose of reducing the exposure of marine life and humans to contaminants. Managing the dredged material in an environmentally sound manner is not only our personal aim but it is highly regulated by law. We work with the EPA and the US Army Corps of Engineers to ensure the highest compliance. |
